Thanks Jan, that´s good news. So, I will send them a f/up. Strange: when I 
first just asked them for sending some background info about their operation 
they also included a QSL in their package. That was shortly after they 
started on 5890. But when I later sent them a reception report, it remained 
without a reply ;-) 

That reminds me of an even more strange story: During the 80´s Radio Tonga 
seemingly replied to all letters coming from abroad just by sending a (blank) 
QSL without any further comment. Once I asked them for details about their 
shortwave operation and I received no less than five blank Radio Tonga QSLs. 
I have just read a funny comment concerning paper QSLs and taped recordings 
serving as (personal) QSLs: "...personally, given that a number of stations 
will verify a ham sandwich, I trust tapes more." (NRC via MWC/MWN feb 2000, 
page 31) There might be a lot of truth in this ;-)
