[HCDX]: Winter SWL Festival Forum Schedule Update

Two more forums and a luncheon speaker have been added today (Saturday).
There's lots going on, looks like a bang-up time and international in scope
with participants from Europe and Asia at a minimum. We also have

The Winter SWL Festival is scheduled for March 10 and 11, near Philadelphia.
It is undoubtedly the largest gathering of listeners from DC to daylight in
