[HCDX]: Solomon Islands Correction

 Hard Core DX Group: CORRECTION - Solommon Islands, in error I listed the 
frequency 4960 (Vanautu). The logging should read Solomon Islands 5020. I 
noticed this mistake late last evening, thanks to a sharp eyed Micheal 
Schnitzer who also caught this error and E Mailed me. Thanks Micheal! My 
apologies for any confusion.
