[HCDX]: KQXX 1700 kHz, Brownsville, Texas

Hi,

this morning from 0458-0520 UTC I heard KQXX 1700 kHz, a firsttime log
for me. First check at 0450 revealed nothing spectacular in the X-Band,
only Gene Scott strong on 1610, while on 1700 there was only usual WAFN.
Re-checking at 0458, and there was nothing left from WAFN, but mexican
music audible. 0500 UTC clear E legal ID, into Spanish news, lost under
WAFN again. 0507-0520 back, mexican music with female announcer after
each record: "Mil setecientos, K-Q-Doble Equis"
