[HCDX]: Interesting peak of WHKT 1650 kHz

Hi,

an interesting peak of WHKT (Portsmouth, Virginia) 1650 kHz observed by me
this morning (MAR 19). Best signal between 0400-0415 UTC (later poor signal
only), independent on other audible stations in the X-band (and in the
classical AM band too) where the signals remained more or less unchanged.

The second best station was WRNC (Warner Robins, Georgia) on 1650 kHz with
their usual portion of country music and a lot of IDs.

KQXX 1700 inaudible this morning, WAFN stayed on the frequency alone untill
our local Sunrise (0510 UTC) when all TA stations faded out for this day.
