[HCDX]: Latin 1630 kHz?

This morning at 0300 UTC I heard a Spanish speaking stn on 
1630 kHz.
Fading and antenna direction indicated this might be a
Trans-Atlantic station.  Radio Tropical 1620 and Caribbean
Beacon 1610 were audible at the same time.
Any idea?  US stn with SS px?
