[HCDX]: HF SPECTRUM STUDY (B99) NOW AVAILABLE

Dear World Radio Monitor,

I am pleased to advise that HF SPECTRUM STUDY #9 (B99) is now available, as
a special publication of the Electronic DX Press.

This latest study summarises aggregated monitoring results made in south
and south eastern Australia, from November 3, 1999 to February 29, 2000, on
frequencies between 2300-9999 kHz, in the time period 0000-0400 UTC,
represented by some 150 entries.

The study is compiled each summer for the Australian midday period, and
shows fade-in and fade-out times, transmitter sites, transmitter countries,
studio countries, and languages. A synopsis of propagation mechanisms is
also given.

The Study is an A4 monogram, compiled by the writer, based on data provided
by monitors in Victoria and South Australia.

A soft-copy version is offered FREE, and will be sent as an uncompressed
Word 7.0 document, 120 kB.

The Study will be of interest to anyone involved with international
monitoring or frequency planning.

A printed version is available for A$5/US$5 or 5 IRCs (sent via airmail
outside of Australia)

Best regards!
