[HCDX]: 5000 khz

Today, at 0720 UTC, I heard on 5000 khz USB English ( with accents) simplex
traffic about fishing. One man warned the other that the fishingcontrollers
will inform him that his activities are illegal. Also Denmark was mentioned.
Strange use of 5000 khz .....
