 Hello David and Helen: I just posted this for another fellow down under. 
Here it is for you. 25870 is owned by Clear Channel Communications of Tampa 
Florida USA. The staion is WFLA 970 "News Radio". This frequency is used for 
studio links for promo, live remotes, etc. I can'nt recall the CE name , but 
the E Mail is: 970wfla.com I you need the Snail Mail address let me know.
 Also, 25950 is owned by Entercom Communications of Portland Oregon USA. 
The station(s) that may use this frequency are: KIRO 710, KNRK 94.7, KFXX 
910, KGON, KKSN AM/FM and KRSK. All in the Oregon/Washington states area. CE
