[HCDX]: Tatarstan QSL

Received my promised QSL from Voice of Tatarstan today - a postcard of
the Kazan Kremlin with the QSL info in Russian typed on the back. Also a
form letter in English confirming report with handwritten note to advise
the station hopes to print its own QSL cards in summer or autumn. Also
info on the station diploma for regular reporters. All in 3 months for
USD.

The only other thing in the letterbox was a QSL from Radio Rossii via
Minsk 17600, with a new green English language card & sticker. The
postman must be getting worried, 2 Russian letters in one day!
