[HCDX]: Radio Quito off air?

Hello,

Reasonable conditions towards Latin America tonight. From Ecuador, stations
on 4870 and 5010.3 kHz. can be heard. But not even a het from Radio Quito,
which usually is strong on 4919 kHz.
Anybody know if they left this frequency, or if they are off temporary?
