[HCDX]: Radio Ulan Bator on 24170 kHz

Radio Ulan Bator was heard here in Taranto in the South of Italy, on
April 13,  at 14.00 in presumed Chinese on the harmonic frequency of
24170 kHz (12085  x 2) with a fair signal. The transmission began with
the IS, ID and TK. S/OFF at 1430 with station address.
