[HCDX]: New name and lists!

The Nordic MW DX mailing list is changing its name to MW DX,and will be
available for every MW dxer.

At the same time,a new mailing list is started , "DX-Antennas" and is
open for every MW/SW dxer as well as ordinary radio listeners,also
discussions on equipment related to your dxing.
