[HCDX]: Propagation and Maps

> [HCDX]: new propagation tools

I wanted to let everyone know about:

http://hfradio.org/propagation.html

and

http://hfradio.org/maps.html

I am Tomas Hood, NW7US. I am in Brinnon, Washington. I am using Icom
radios. IC-706MKIIGG and IC-756Pro. Dipoles and verticals. Battery power
when I need to get really quiet (out here in the mountains).

This looks like a good list.
