[HCDX]: Radio Yura

Hello DXers,

last night I could receive Radio Yura on 4716.76 fading in at around 22.45
UTC. Thanks to Rogildo Fontenele, who reported first this new Bolivian
station. I already tried it several days before, but I didn't succeed due to
heavy utility QRM on that channel. Yesterday however the frequency was
completely free and Radio Yura came through with surprisingly good signal
(S7). I felt so happy about reception of this new Bolivian that I stayed
tuned almost 90 mintues.

I prepared a sound file in Real Audio format, which I can send on demand to
all interested DXers.

4716.76  Radio Yura, April 30 / May 1, 2245-0015, Spanish, many comunicados
and clear IDs, very nice Andean music.  SINPO  34323
