Regarding your UNID on 3205.2, I think what you heard was a spur of
Ghana on 3366.  I logged their spur on 3205.6 in February, 2000. 
Several other DXers have heard spurs on 3286, 3446 and 3526.  Next time
you hear this, check 3366 and I think you'll have your answer.
