Well, that looks like one of our Australian frequencies.

1638 - 2ME Sydney // 3ME Melbourne, both with 400 watts. Runs Arabic style
programming. A check tonight shows the Sydney one pretty close to dead on 1638
though.

If you are getting R. 1701 from Brisbane, then this is the part of the world
to look at.

The Australian Radio DX Club has just finished a MW guide for Australia/NZ
with station addresses (actually compiled by me), we will be advertising it
formally this weekend as it has only just been printed.
