[HCDX]: WXLE Remembered

Thank you for a very interesting write-up! When living in Tokyo, Japan, I managed to hear WXLE on 1385 a couple of times on my Trio 9R59DS receiver. I have a full data QSL (or rather "SWL") card from Air Force Communications Service for my reception on 25th December 1973. The return address on the card is CINCPACAF (DCOS A--) APO San Francisco 96553.
