I have a similar case. A few weeks ago, I received a hard copy QSL card
from Radio Netherlands for a real audio transmission on the 11th of March
between 14 and 16 UTC. Transmitter site : RNW Audio Server, Amsterdam. But
I didn't listen to them at that moment and I didn't send an e-mail or snail
mail reception report...
