Hi Erich,
I heard the same station on this slightly off-channel frequency, also on
June 21 after 0332 UTC. It should be Emissora Rural - but I heard no ID too.
Unusual reception, it is not regular here. Dario writes in his PLAY DX
bulletin that this regular station is a good verifier - he also reprints the
station´s nice QSL there...
