[HCDX]: ADMIN: delays expected on the list

Please note that I'm going out of town Monday and Tuesday (to Chico, north of
Sacramento). During the time I won't be approving the mails sent to the list
as often as usual. I will have my Palm Vx (!) with me though and will be checking
my mails few times during the trip.
