Can you mail that announcement to me or put it online please.  I'm very
interested in it.  I have also a recording online at
http://gallery.uunet.be/gs/real/Lubumbashi.rm with talks about 40 years of
independence but no ID.  I've sent them a reception report at B.P. 7296,
Lubumbashi (as in Passport).  Let's hope it will work.
