[HCDX]: 1584 AM

Today I was listening once again to 1584 AM.  Strange enough, there was
again a non stop test program with announcements in E and Dutch asking for
Reception reports.  A few weeks ago they had their official start after
months and months of test.  It seems that they will never get the station
going.  Maybe Ruud has some info for us?
