[HCDX] LBH Radio on 1386 kHz

LBH Radio on 1386 kHz had a test transmission this morning (13.7.2000). I
happened to tune in accidentally at 02:45-03:00 (end of transmission). The
signal was very strong and clear here in the southern Finland. They have a
web site at http://lbhradio.com.

They were requesting for reception report either via snail mail or e-mail at
engineering@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
