[HCDX] 7135 kcs Digital-QRM

Currently a digital transmitter is testing on 7.135 kcs several times a day 
here in Europe.

The problem is, that this transmitter is causing heavy digital noise in the 
40m ham band (7.000-7.100). I really hope that this is not the kind of DRM we 
have to expect when the new system will finally be introduced at a later 
stage.
