[HCDX] RFE-1485

There is a new station with Radio Svobodna Europa on this frequency, 1485.
I have noted it now a couple of times. Seems to be a dominant here in
Finland during the night togehter with Bulgaria if souther beamed antennas
are used.
The station is in //1233. Some years ago there was a Brno transmitter here,
but through rearrangements this tx was silenced. Active again?.
