The catalog I am looking in shows that this is a communications cable with 2
pair of twisted wire with a foil shield over it. It is not coax. Is this
what you have?

Might make dandy wire for controlling a 2-head K9AY.  (But you will still
need some 50 or 75 ohm coax)
