[HCDX] AFN JAMMING?

Well my friends, I think somebody doesn't like AFN because for two or three
hours I have been unable to listen to a single word, just a chirping man
made noise on 10940khz.I am afraid this is just jamming as in the old days.
I would like to be wrong. If anybody knows what it may be let us tell us.
