[HCDX] AFRTS 10,940,50

Hi ! 
That noise sounds like jamming or "sharing a same channel". It´s very
strong, can´t be from Canada.
Something similar happened on 12,689,50 last year, when AFRTS started
using that frequency. After few weeks the channel was full of various
man-made electrical noise and CW traffic. 
On the other hand, neither 10,940,50 nor 12,689,50 is intended to be
heard in Northern Europe or Finland. It´s fine if the signal is strong
and clean in the main target areas. Am I right ? 
It´s sad that radio broadcasts are still jammed. Man, its year 2000 !
