Used to :-)

Still have a Murphy B40 in the "computer room" - sitting next
to me as I type this.... Used to have an Eddytsone 680X, and
some lesser Eddystones before that (840?).

Modern technology has overtaken the old boatanchor I think - I use
a not-to-far-removed-from-tubes Drake SPR-4, and a modern
AOR AR-7030. Both of these out-perform any Eddystone or Murphy
receiver I've ever owned (the limit of my knowledge I'm afraid).

That said, tube receivers do keep you warm in winter.
