Fade in for 4319 here in SE Sweden was at 1630 UTC today, approximately at the same time as India in the 60 mb. It was first only audible on the S and E "beams" of my K9AY. SE of my QTH you only find Diego Garcia among the annunced AFRTS transmitters. The frequency is covered by heavy utility interferencies.
