[HCDX] Caroline

Radio Caroline at 1057 on 1296 kHz with SINPO 66666 ;-) (Orfordness is only
225 kw away) and on 5935 kHz probably via Riga with SINPO  15343.  Strange
enough, 5935 is a fraction of a second ahead of 1296 kHz.
