Radio Caroline's booming in signal just went off the air at 1800 UTC. It
looks like the people at Orfordness are playing around a bit with the tools
of the highly directive antenna.  At first the signal dropped to S4 and
became a bit fluttery.  After five minutes or so the signal was very strong
again for a minute, and now it is again at the fluttery S4.

5935 kHz is still on with Caroline px Sinpo now 43443. But it looks like
they are having some problems : Fq is slightly drifting and there are some
tx breakdowns.
