[HCDX] Fire in Moscow

Just heard on the CBC news that the Ostakino tower in Moscow, the tallest 
structure in Europe, is on fire, disrupting radio and television services 
in the Moscow region.  I wonder what impact, if any, it will have on 
shortwave services.
