[HCDX] Taldom is again on the air

August 30: Moscow's Taldom transmitting center is again on the air. 
Just checked - at +1530-1550+ - some their frequencies including 153 
(R.Yunost), 261 (R.Rossii), 13705 and 17660 (both R.Rossii). Some 
temporary relays via St.Petersbrug-based transmitters (9880 2200-2300 
CRI English, 12060 1900-2100 Vo Mediterranean and 17570 1200-1300 VOR 
Vietnamese) are via Taldom starting on August 30 too. And one final 
note: apparently 7175 will be in use instead of 9880 from September 
3...
