3925 and 6055 are the 1st program for R. Tampa.
3945 is the 2nd program for R. Tampa.  
According to the WRTH,  3945 is // with 6115 and 9760, but not at the
time you were listening.  Try around 0930, and 3945 should be // with
6115.
