[HCDX] Vanuatu

Hi,
one logging from last evening:

4960    8.9     1850-      tent. Radio Vanuatu,  with nonstop music until 1900,  then kind of National Anthem and after that announce by man,  very weak but clear signal.

WRTH list this to sign on at 1900 but maybe they are opening a little bit earlier?

At the same time 120 mb aussies strong,  as well as 4890 NBC Boroko after 1900,  checked also for Solomon Islands on 5020 but Niger was too strong.
