[HCDX] Olympics via RA frequencies

Hello,
	I just listened here in Finnish Arctic Circle Radio Australia frequencies
which would be on use in this moment. And here are the results.

06:57 - UTC

15415 kHz signal 4, clear, nx at 08 utc
17750 kHz signal 3-4 clear, nx at 08 utc
17580 kHz began it's function one hour earlier than normally. signal 3,
interference by some chinese speaking station. end of tx 08 utc
21725,02 kHz quite weak but readable signal on clear frequency. signal 2.
OLYMPIC opening at 08 utc.
15240 kHz signal 3-4. nx at 08 utc
13605 kHz. began at 07:59 UTC. signal 3, a little bit interference (unknown
source) OLYMPIC openings at 08 UTC.
5995 kHz not audible at 08 UTC.
