BTW, in which section of the CONATEL site did you find this? I see nothing 
about Onda Corta on the homepage.

In the frequency list issued by the Venezuelan Comisión Nacional de 
Telecomunicaciones, http://www.conatel.gov.ve/operadores.htm
mention is made of a permit granted to Mrs Thais Silva de White to operate 
on 4730 kHz from a place called San Juan de los Cayos, which is
in the state of Falcón, in Western Venezuela. Thais, who is Venezuelan, is 
married to Jeff White, the man behind WRMI, R Copán Internacional
etc. Maybe Jeff would like to tell us more about these plans?
