[HCDX] Guido's unid on 1386

Guido,
I listened to your file of the UK-station you logged on 1386 MW and I
think I have got it solved.
I think you heard the new RSL station Carillon radio from
Loughborough, they were due to start on september 1st acc. to John
Williams of the Medium Wave Circle. On your file I have heard mentions
of Carillon and the ann "broadcasting from studio's in Loughborough"
so it must be this new LPAM-station, congrats Guido great catch!!!
