Heard allready yesterday (29.09.) with RFE in Serbian untill 1700 UTC
changing to an half an hour broadcast of VOA. Among the announced
frequencies there was not mentioned the 1188 one. The VOA broadcast on 1188
was with a delay of about 3 seconds to the 1197 kHz. However today when VOA
closed down at 0600 the 1188 KHz was announced among the other frequencies.
