One comment I already have today is that 0000 UT is not the best time for 
reaching this part of Europe. Radio Educación always came in best here in 
Germany around 0600 UTC or before. I currently do not know if the frequency 
is still clear at that time, however. But if they really want to reach us, we 
may be should try to find the best possible time frame for it.

Btw: some years back they already had a german program. After another reform 
it was gone.
