[HCDX] Philippine X-bander



Hello DXers, my first time to contribute to the list. Re the recent queries about the Philippine X-bander DZBF, I talked to the Station Manager, Ms. Julie Borje, on the phone. DZBF is a community radio station putting out 1 kilowatt from a newly built omnidirectional antenna tower near the studio, but it has been licensed by the Philippine National Telecommunications Commission since 1996. Based on my listening, the full station ID in Tagalog is as follows: "Ito ang Marikina [this is Marikina], Uno Seis Siete Cuatro sa inyong talapihitan [on your dial], himpilang naghahatid ng kaalaman [a station that delivers information] tungo sa mabuting pamayanan [towards a good community] DZBF, Radio Marikina." Sign-off these past few nights was at 1130 UTC. Contact information:
