[HCDX] Huambo off the air

The following item, which I published in the Media Network Webzine today,
may be of interest to some of you on the list:

The PanAfrican News Agency, quoting the national news agency, reports that
radio broadcasting services in Angola's central Huambo province were
suspended on Monday. Radio director Francisco Raimundo blamed the lack of
money to buy fuel from the Sonangol oil firm for the closure. The Huambo
regional radio station is normally on the air for 19 hours per day. (c)
