[HCDX] AWR Forli - problems (?)

Hello,

There are apparently problems at the AWR transmitter site in Forli. I
couldn't hear Wavescan on 9610 kHz (0930-1000 UTC). There were several
attempts between 0940 and 0955 to put the transmitter on the air (the
interval signal was heard for a few seconds. However this was not the first
time that the Forli transmitter is unexpected off the air.
