[HCDX] Falun Dafa Radio with clear signal

Falun Dafa Radio was observed at 2158 on 22nd October, signing on 12145 kHz
for the 2200 broadcast with an interval signal and announcements in Chinese
and English. It was a strong and clear signal here in the UK, at least until
the Chinese jammer found it at 2202.
