[HCDX] DX TIP (WDXR)

1010  KNWZ  CA, Thousand Palms, heard with Coast to Coast pgm and then
local spots at 0359 EST 11/2, plus a spot to "Join to Desert Radio
Group" for sales. Then at 059.50 EST ID "10-10 K-NEWS, KNWZ Thousand
Palms, Palm Springs. The desert election station 2000". Into Net news. I
was very surprised to hear this as they only run 400 watts at night with
a null to the North. This is the first Coachella Valley station I have
logged onRS. The other two 920 & 1140) I have on earlier DX tests. I am
really pleased with this. Good AU cx tonight.  (PM-OR)
