[HCDX] new Peruvian

Hello everywhere,

last night I received Radio Celendín on 4655 kHz. Maybe that this is the
UNID Peruvian reported recently by Rafael Orlando Rodriquez as "Condor
Radiante la Radio". I heard several clear IDs as Radio Celendín (RM-sound
file of the ID available, 100 KB). Reception was best on EWE-antenna and
DX-One.

Here now the logging in detail:

PERÚ
4655  R Celendín, November 11, 2300-2330, Spanish, huayno music until 2315,
then "música llanera" (presumed), time announcements, ID: "Radio Celendín,
la Radio de música ..."   SINPO  24422
