Re PAK 4790 / 5101.1. The complete schedule for Islamabad API-8 is listed as
:-
0045-0215 4790 Rawalpindi III ;  0430-0515 7284 Balti  ;  0530-0615 7284
Sheena  ;  0900-1215 7265 Rawalpindi III and 1445-1810 4790 Rawalpindi III -
all at 68deg.
By the way, 7284 KHz is shown as 41.17 metres so does'nt seem a typo.
As discussed elsewhere, I think you may be correct (and your wife wrong!) in
assuming that VOJKF broadcasts via this transmitter, and particularly if
signal strength is about the same. But no transmissions on 5101 have ever
been included on their frequency schedule, and it seems doubtful if they
would wish to list an obvious clandestine operation anyway.
