[HCDX] Unid station on 6973 Khz

Hi
At 2111 gmt,I am hearing an unid station with male announcer, I can't tell 
the language male announer is using, but  station is broadcasting in AM mode 
on 6973 Khz. Heard playing music and very weak signal but audible here in 
Kentucky using Motorola R390 and 21 ft vertical.
